Hi! I'm Tom Laessig.

I have been playing golf since I was 16 years old. I was more of a casual golfer until my thirties when I joined a golf club. So, I never really became a great golfer. I consider a great golfer as someone who has a low single-digit handicap. I think my lowest handicap was 6.5. 

Even though I was considered a good golfer, I rarely did well in tournaments. In most cases, I would play miserably, although I never felt like I was nervous during the round. This all changed in 2018 when I decided to change careers and was trained to become a hypnotist.

Learning how the mind worked and how hypnosis could change my mindset on the golf course really changed my golf game. Not only that, my life changed as well. I am now in the business of helping people be the best they can be. Every day, I help people improve their lives. I get a great deal of satisfaction watching clients leave my office happy, optimistic, and ready to change their lives.

Also, my mental approach on the golf course changed. I started winning tournaments and started to compete at a higher level. I used hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to strengthen the techniques I learned and now I teach those techniques to other golfers.

I show golfers how to mentally prepare and perform on the golf course. For some, it's the answer they've needed for many years. I am more than happy to give YOU that same positive experience.

How Can the Mental Golf Guy Help My Game?

Read through this website to find techniques for strengthening your mental state on the golf course.  You can achieve improvements to your game by following some or all of these suggestions.  There may be times where you might forget or disregard some of these methods.  That's where hypnosis comes in.

During a hypnosis session, suggestions will be made to your subconscious mind, the permanent storage of your mind.  These suggestions will be acted upon unconsciously when you are playing golf.  For example, you may find after a round, that you never got angry.  You may find that you didn't dwell on bad shots.  Hypnosis bypasses your critical faculty and permanently imprints these mental techniques that will occur without conscious thought.

Imagine playing golf "in the zone".  You may not even recall the good shots you made.  A lot of pro golfers have difficulty remembering specific shots on the golf course because their game was so automatic.  Their round was spent "in the zone".
